Recently, multiple motor, reducer, and powertrain projects have made new progress, with related project production lines achieving trial operation and new project signing and landing:
Huichuan Technology: With a total investment of 5 billion yuan, the second phase of the Yueyang Base project will have 5 production lines for trial operation. After the second phase is put into operation, the total motor production capacity will reach 11 million units;
Yuchuan New Energy: plans to invest 500 million yuan to build an annual production line for 1.8 million sets of new energy vehicle reducers and an annual production line for 300000 sets of new energy vehicle powertrain.
Huicuan Technology: Phase II trial operation of 5 billion motor project
On November 27th, in the Yueyang Base of Huichuan Technology located in the Xingang District of Chenglingji, Hunan Province, the installation and trial operation of five production lines in the second phase of the project are being carried out urgently.
It is reported that the Huichuan Technology Yueyang Base project will be constructed in two phases with a total investment of 5 billion yuan, including 5 large motor production lines, 19 small motor production lines, 10 supporting lines, and 8 sensor lines. The total annual production capacity is 11 million units, and it will be built into the world's largest servo motor production base. After full production, it is expected that the annual total output value will be about 10 billion yuan.
Among them, the first phase of the project started trial production on May 8th this year, and the production scale has been increased to 8000 units per day; The first and second phases of the project have completed fixed assets exceeding 1.3 billion yuan and achieved an output value of approximately 180 million yuan.
In the first half of this year, against the backdrop of a 2.5% decline in the automation market size, Huichuan grew by 15.52% against the trend, and the general servo system's market share in China was 24.3%, firmly ranking
